How much is a diagnostic evaluation?
Diagnostics cost $25 for phones, tablets and iPads, or $35 for game consoles, PCs and laptops. The diagnostic fee is only paid if you decline the repair or the device cannot be repaired. No diagnostic fee is charged when you proceed with the repair.
Do I need to bring my device to a shop?
Local service is pickup and drop-off only in Fredericksburg, VA and nearby areas. We do not perform on-site repairs. Nationwide mail-in repairs are also available; contact Tito for shipping instructions before sending your device.
What devices do you repair?
We work on game consoles, phones, tablets, laptops and more. Services include HDMI and charging ports, controller joysticks, console cleaning, screens, batteries, board-level work and troubleshooting. Message us about your specific device.
What happens before a repair?
Devices undergo an initial evaluation. Diagnostics are $25 for phones, tablets and iPads, or $35 for game consoles, PCs and laptops, payable only if the repair is declined or the device cannot be repaired. Please disclose previous repairs and liquid damage.
Is my repair covered by a warranty?
Repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for defects in parts or workmanship. Physical damage, liquid exposure, power surges, overheating caused by dust or neglect, and tampering after repair are excluded. Third-party work after the repair voids coverage.
Should I back up my device?
Yes. Back up your files before repair. Data retention is not guaranteed, especially for motherboard work, operating system installation, storage replacement or power-related issues.
